Dewsbury Rams have signed 18-year-old Cameron Scott from Betfred Super League side Hull FC on an initial one-month loan deal.
Scott, who plays as a centre, previously played for Bradford Bulls, before moving to Hull, and is also an England youth team member.
He first caught the eye as a youngster and once scored 50 tries in a single season for local community side, Wyke.
On the new signing, Rams head coach Neil Kelly said: “We are delighted to welcome Cameron to the club, albeit for just a one month loan initially, but we hope that this might be extended to the full season.
“Cameron is well thought of and is one of the hottest prospects to come out of the academy structure, so we are looking forward to working with him.”
